Abstract:This paper uses the 2010 survey data of senior women personnel in Fujian Province to analyze the relationship between social exclusion and factors such as personal characteristics and human capital acquired by senior female personnel. Regression analysis results show that factors such as age, marital status, the nature of units, position, political affiliation, personal annual income, education, working years, training, housework time, and traditional gender awareness have great influence, though varying in degrees, on social exclusion of senior female personnel. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of social exclusion of senior female personnel, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of all the factors.
