| Research on the Policy Environment and Action Strategies of Philanthropic Women's Organizations |

Abstract The paper analyzes the major influential factors on the development of philanthropic women's organizations from dimensions of policy space, philanthropic ecosystem, cooperation among women's organizations, and participating, and explores the action strategies of these organizations. The study found that the major influential factors could lie on policy tension, unawareness of gender in philanthropic ecosystem, lack of mechanism of cooperation among women's organizations and the outflew of women talents, etc. In tackling these problems, philanthropic women's organizations have developed action strategies including localization, decentralization, integration of multi-resources and expanding the scope of participation, which influences the developing path of these organizations to a certain extent
