| Agriculture——Tourism Field Transition and Gender Division of Labor among Ethnic Minorities: A Practical Perspective |

Abstract The article adopts Bourdieu's theory of practice as its theoretic framework to examine the interaction of field transition from traditional agriculture to ethnic tourism and gender division of labor among ethnic minorities in reference to four key aspects: the field, the habits，the capital and their strategy. This empirical study of changes in gender roles in Longji Scenic Spot of the Longsheng County brought by ethnic tourism development validates the above framework. The interaction of transition from traditional agriculture to ethnic cultural tourism and changes in gender roles unifies under Bourdieu's theory of practice.
