高等教育过程中性别差异的国际研究*——兼论对中国女性高层后备人才培养的启示

Abstract Female college students are important resources of high-level female human capital. While more and more female students enter college, gender differences in higher education remain an important concern. This paper introduces the criticism of western feminists toward traditional theories of human development, and examines leading western researches on gender differences in higher education and identifies their possible influence in China. It is hoped that our educational system that has been concerned with the cultivation of high-potential female talents could learn from the western experiences.
