Abstract：The smooth implementation of the Special Regulations on Women Workers' Labour Protection is very significant and will depend on whether the employers recognize its role and function, understand correctly how it should be applied in the system, and voluntarily comply with it. Relevant government departments' active compliance will ensure the implementation of the "Special Regulations".
