Abstract The basic viewpoint of Feminist Jurisprudence is that the sex of law is male,and that it is necessary to bring gender awareness into law and to provide special protection to females. Main reflections of the gendered nature of the criminal procedures in rape cases is that the victim is being neglected. There should be special procedures to be adopted to provide special protection to victims.
